Front of House Manager
Our Leadership Team

Qualifications
The Manager should have all Team Member training completed in order to meet Chick-fil-A Standards in the whole restaurant. Managers should drive training, growth and EXCELLENCE in all shift operations.
Manager Level Requirements
Managers are responsible for making sure our vision of EXCELLENCE is executed daily, even when no other leader is present.
Areas of focus:
Training: The manager must be a positive reinforcer of Chick-fil-A standards and store vision/core values.
Cleanliness: The store should be maintained at a wipe-clean state and residue should not be allowed to buildup to where scrubbing is needed. Checklists.
Personal growth: Managers must seek feedback and push themselves to higher levels as the store and business grows.
Manages correct staffing levels for shifts. Filling shifts and making cuts to labor as needed. Assisting with Recruiting and Training their team.
Manager Abstract
Train and prepare team to execute perform operationally when they work. Assist Leadership team in goal setting and making changes to reach goals. Leaders understand accountability and communication go hand in hand. Communication of any issues to the team and leadership is must. Leadership team success is dependent on each leader, you must be able to bring your best every time you work to make sure you are propelling the team forward. Servant leadership is our preferred way to lead on the leadership team. Be willing to go the extra mile in care for the employees.
Availability:
Pay: Hourly wage 50hr week @ $23/hr
