Leadership Team

Leaders must communicate, train and hold standards in the team as they change/improve. Leaders must actively recruit employees for the business & team.

 

Director Level Requirements

  • All Directors must have a Life-Plan or goals to assist the Operator in knowing how to best challenge and CARE for his High Performing leaders in different areas of life: not just the business.
  • Each Director will be responsible for providing the team with a Leadership Bio: these will include personality profile, leadership strengths & weaknesses as well as other information that will help the team understand who they are at their core.
  • Goals will be set monthly at leadership meetings, yearly and 5-years out at the annual retreat for Director Team. Many of these goals will require cooperation from other Directors and you will need to work as a high functioning team. You must excel at communication and work together as a team to Direct positive change in the business toward goals.

 

Operations Director Abstract

The Operations Director must create systems to manage & improve the following areas as the business evolves:

    1. Front of House Training of Team Members

  • Hospitality - Core 4, 2nd Mile Service
  • Cashiering & Rewards Program
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
  • CFA Standards

    3. Guest Experience

  • Sampling
  • CARES Management
  • CEM Scores

    4. Team Member Experience

  • Records
  • Team Member Appearance
  • Shout-outs/Seasonal Star
  • Scheduling - Labor Management
  • Training/Development

Operations Directors are expected to work in positions during peak times while maximizing down time to make progress above. They should spend about 10 hours per week on vision and execution of additional responsibilities.

 

Job Scorecard

  • CEM Scores - must not drop below top 50%
  • CARES Complaints  - Action items resolved
  • Weekly Walkthrough Improvements - done with GM/Owner
  • Team Training - Active in the execution of plan
